    Ingredients
  • 1 mini Swiss roll
  • 2 tbsp. sherry
  • ½ cup yoghurt
  • ¼ cup strawberry jelly (Jell-O)
  • 2 tsp strawberry jam (jelly)
  • Vanilla extract
    Directions
  1. Mix a few drops of vanilla extract with a heaped tablespoon of the yoghurt and place it in the bottom of a martini glass.
  2. Pour the sherry into a shallow dish.
  3. Slice the Swiss roll into one centimetre (half inch) slices and dip them into the sherry.
  4. Line the glass with the slices of Swiss roll then mix the jam (jelly) with the remaining yoghurt and pour it into the glass.
  5. Chop the jelly (jell-o) roughly and place it on top of the yoghurt.
  6. Leave the trifle to stand for at least twenty minutes before serving.
