This simple pasta dish has all the health benefits of fresh seafood with the zing of chili.
Total Time 15 minutes
- 2-3 oz. dried pasta
- 1 cup of seafood mix
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 1 tsp. chili paste
- ½ cup of chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. cooking oil
Bring a medium size pot of water to the boil and add a pinch of salt.
Place the pasta in the boiling water and cook as instructed on the pack.
Drain the pasta and place it in your serving bowl covered with the saucepan lid.
Return the pot to the heat and pour the oil in and reduce the heat a little.
When the oil begins to ripple add the chili and marinara mix then grate in the garlic.
Cook for about twenty seconds or until the seafood turns opaque.
Toss the pasta and the parsley through the marinara mix then serve immediately.
