Pasta MarinaraTotal time: 20 mins
  • ½-¾ Cup Dried pasta
  • 150-200 (5 to 6) Grams (Ounces) Mixed seafood
  • 1 Clove Chopped garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Grated parmesan to taste
  1. Bring a medium size pot of water to the boil and add a pinch of salt. Place the pasta in the boiling water and cook as instructed on the pack.
  2. Drain the pasta and place it in your serving bowl covered with the saucepan lid.
  3. Return the pot to the heat and pour the oil in.
  4. When the oil begins to ripple, add the chili, garlic and marinara mix.
  5. Cook about for one minute, until the seafood turns opaque.
  6. Toss the pasta and the parsley through the marinara mix. *Serve with parmesan if desired.
