This super healthy breakfast is made in two minutes.

Oatmeal for OneTotal time: 2 mins
  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup of oats
  • 3/4- 1 cup of cold water
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. turmeric powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp. of honey
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
  • 6 walnut halves
  1. Depending on your energy requirements for the morning use the smaller 1/3 cup of oats with the ¾ cup of water or the ½ cup of oats with the 1 cup of water.
  2. Place the oats on a small saucepan with the cinnamon, turmeric and salt.
  3. Mix the cold water into the oats and heat them on the stove until they begin to bubble.
  4. Mix the honey into the oatmeal and place it in a bowl topped with the seeds and walnuts.
