This super healthy breakfast is made in two minutes.
Oatmeal for OneTotal time: 2 mins
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup of oats
- 3/4- 1 cup of cold water
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. turmeric powder
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tsp. of honey
- 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
- 6 walnut halves
- Depending on your energy requirements for the morning use the smaller 1/3 cup of oats with the ¾ cup of water or the ½ cup of oats with the 1 cup of water.
- Place the oats on a small saucepan with the cinnamon, turmeric and salt.
- Mix the cold water into the oats and heat them on the stove until they begin to bubble.
- Mix the honey into the oatmeal and place it in a bowl topped with the seeds and walnuts.
