Caraway Pork ChopTotal time: 20 mins
  • 1 Lean Pork chop
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Carraway seeds
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Cooking oil
  1. Mix the seeds, salt and pepper together.
  2. Lay the pork chop onto a board and sprinkle with half the seed and spice mix.
  3. Turn the chop over and sprinkle with the remaining spice mix.
  4. Pour the oil into a small fry pan and heat over a gentle flame until it begins to ripple.
  5. Fry the pork on one side for four to five minutes until the meat and seeds are golden.
  6. Turn the chop then reduce the heat to the lowest setting and cover the pan.
  7. Cook for a further five minutes then remove from the pan and rest for two minutes. Serve with salad or vegetables of your choice.
