  • 1 Cup Cooked apple
  • OR
  • 1x140 Gram Pack of pureed apple
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Rolled oats
  • 1 Teaspoon Plain flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Softened butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Brown sugar
  1. Heat the apple either in the microwave oven or in a small saucepan.
  2. Stir the cinnamon through the heated apple and transfer to a heat proof ramekin.
  3. Mix the oats, flour, butter and sugar to form a paste then crumble evenly over the top of the apple.
  4. Place the dish under a hot griller (broiler) for three to five minutes until the crumble is brown and crunchy.
  5. Serve with cream or vanilla ice-cream.
